Due to our business closure, we are no longer processing refill or prescription requests.

If you are running low, we recommend providing your pet’s medical records to your primary veterinarian to see if they will provide prescriptions or refills of your pet’s medication(s).

Our closure transition team will be working until Christmas to ensure that every patient seen within the past three years receives their medical records in one simple PDF. If you need your pet’s records sooner, please feel free to obtain the individual summary letters for each past visit via our Customer Portal.
